A'shop- In Us We Trust

Wanna know what happens when A'shop goes to church?

We got an invite from Cedric Taillon, of Decover magazine, to be part of the launch of their 15th issue on February  10th. The issue’s theme was erotic art and the launch took place in an old stripped-down church, so we quickly saw the potential for another amazing bodypaint shoot with DannyGirl, our all-time favourite badass photographer.  Mim Jackson, our model, arrived quite early at the shop to get things rolling that day, and was a sweetheart and a delight to work with throughout the event. The ever-so talented Kalven Kay worked her magic on makeup and hair. Once at the church, Fluke and Dodo kept on working and the ever-awesome Kris Murray made sure to capture some making-of shots… as well as the crowds of onlookers. And when they were done, DannyGirl took over, ran wild all over every inch of the old church, and gave us some of the most memorable bodypaint iconography we’ve had to date. The result is, well… something worth worshipping. A’MEN!
